Our Catering Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth booking and delivery/pickup process, we have a few terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services, immediately. The Tasty Timber reserves the right to review and change any of its Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion.

Hereafter The Tasty Timber is referred to as “we”, “us”.

Product may be replaced with a product of equal or higher value if there are stock shortages.

Identification may be required on pickup/delivery.

Deliveries will be between 7am-8pm on the agreed delivery date, unless previously discussed. Once the box has been delivered, it is no longer our responsibility. Please try to ensure a recipient is home to receive the delivery

Allergen traces may be present however we do take great care, especially when preparing allergen friendly boxes. This means we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free products. All products may contain traces of allergens.

Grazing table booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation will give you a store credit for up to 365 days from deposit payment UNLESS cancelled within 7 days of the event, in which case your deposit is forfeited and no store credit will be give.

Any box/platter order that has been fully paid for is non-refundable in the chance a customer may need to cancel their order. You will be given a store credit to use from 28 days of payment date UNLESS cancellation occurred within 24 hours of agreed delivery date, in which case your payment will be forfeited.

All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing table has been set up or from the delivery of a takeaway box order, in line with government rules and regulations. Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk.

We shall not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume orders within three (3) hours of set up or delivery, or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures into consideration when consuming food products.

Important Product Disclaimer: We are NOT an allergy-free business. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredients that may affect certain food allergies. We recognize the seriousness of food allergies and we recommend that you inform us of any food allergies you or your guests may have before you place your order. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or food items one may come in contact with while eating a Product provided by us.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law you agree that neither us, nor any of our officers, employees or contractors, will be liable to you or any person for any Claim resulting from, in relation to, or arising out of (i) your use or inability to use our Goods and Services or the Order itself, except to the extent resulting from our gross negligence or wilful default.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and forever hold harmless us, and their officers and employees from and against all Claims, including reasonable legal costs, resulting from any breach of this Agreement or any activity related to your use of the Services, by you and any liability for any Claim, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential.
